Refund policy 

All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted since every fine art print is made to order by our printer specifically for you, and each original artwork is fragile and one-of-a-kind. Your fine art print will be delivered directly from the printer located in Sydney, Australia. Reach out to Nikki Choi on [email protected] before you buy if you need more info — always here to help! 

In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during shipping, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it, along with photos, so we can find a resolution.

 
Shipping policy 

Within Australia, please allow 1-3 weeks.

For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks. Prints or original artworks are delivered rolled in a sturdy tube, ready for professional stretching/framing at your local framer. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applicable in their country.
